Veronica is a proud Florida State University graduate with a passion for helping people solve disputes through her ability to reach unbiased and equitable solutions. She grew up with a large family in Gadsden County and attended James A. Shanks High School, where she was a cheerleader throughout her high school years. Additionally, her faith has always been a priority, leading her to attend Elizabeth MB Church. After graduating high school, she received two scholarships to attend Tallahassee Community College, where she obtained her Associate in Arts degree. Veronica advanced her education at The Florida State University College of Business, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance. Veronica started her career in mediation in 2015 and founded Magnolia Mediations, LLC in 2018.
She currently resides in Tallahassee, where her mediation office is headquartered. During her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband in hopes of meeting their goal of visiting all 50 states. She also enjoys involving herself in the community by attending local events with family and friends.
Before Veronica became a mediator, she spent several years in the insurance industry, specifically in underwriting and as an Insurance Agent, in the areas of workers comp, auto, home, and life. Additionally, in 2012, Veronica furthered her career in state government, where she was able to hone her skills in the legal field. Her previous experience in insurance sets her apart from other mediators, giving her the background knowledge to help clients find common ground.
